Mumbai monsoon is our busiest and most critical window — June through September accounts for 40% of annual emergency calls industry-wide. We pre-position two additional response units in Navi Mumbai and one in Andheri during the monsoon months. Every emergency request is GPS-dispatched to the nearest available team. Our average on-site response time during the 2025 monsoon season was 3 hours 22 minutes across the MMR.
